2 x Senior Digital Talent Partners/Technical Recruiters.

6 months £400pd inside IR35

Hybrid working - 1 to 2 days per week in the office London or Manchester.

As a Senior Digital Talent Partner, you will take ownership of our hardest and highest-priority hiring. You will work directly with senior leaders, challenge requirements that will not work in the market and build tailored search strategies across technology, AI, data, cyber, product and digital delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead difficult searches, build relationships with specialist talent communities and manage a small team of Digital Talent Partners. You will be accountable for the quality of their campaigns and help raise the standard of recruitment across the wider function.

Skills required

Must have experience within technical and digital markets, the team is looking for people with all around experience in this area, as opposed to being specialised in one niche

Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing and applicant-tracking platforms would be useful.

You will be working on priority digital roles and have clear search strategies and realistic routes to market you will run your campaigns confidently and drawing on your expertise.

An understanding of the different tech stacks required for the roles. The successful applicants will be working on high end tech roles and will be assessed on how many new people they can bring into this space. For example, an understanding of the development market, knowledge of what Python skills, developer market sequencing, Front End and Back End requirements are.

An understanding of the sourcing markets and sourcing strategies, confidently able to advise on this and select the best routes to achieve the recruitment outcomes

In terms of what would stand out, experience within large technology firms such as Amazon, Google or Microsoft would be an advantage.

This is a 360 role, and the successful applicants will be expected to cover all facets of recruitment within their roles.
