Senior Expert Avaloq Parametrist / DevOps Engineer

Project overview

For a long-term project with our client in Bern (with a remote component), we are looking for a Senior Expert Avaloq Parametrist / DevOps Engineer - Investments & Pensions.

Responsibilities

Parameterizing portfolio management functions and expanding master data within the Avaloq Banking Platform. Designing and developing event streaming interfaces to other software systems. Maintaining and further developing Java-based software components. Supporting ongoing operations as well as analyzing and resolving disruptions.

Requirements

At least 12 years of professional experience at a senior expert level. At least 10 years of experience as an Avaloq Parametrist. Experience with agile development methods. Willingness to take on operational DevOps tasks. Enjoyment and interest in topics related to Investments and Pensions. Knowledge of customer-specific Avaloq implementation in the area of Investments and Pensions. Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking skills, an open and communicative personality, as well as strong team orientation. German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at C1 level.
