Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Expert to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based services on Linux and Windows platforms, focusing on SaaS/PaaS models. The role involves collaboration with other teams, stakeholder management, documentation, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Conception, planning, and development of cloud-based services on Linux and Windows basis with the service model SaaS/PaaS
- Further development of SaaS/PaaS services on Linux and Windows Server basis
- Coordination of dependencies with other teams of the cloud platform
- Support of the Cluster (Product) Owner in requirements gathering and coordination with stakeholders
- Development and updating of service and architecture documentation
- Development and documentation of test cases
- Support of the operations team in maintenance and operation of the services, troubleshooting in development and production systems, updating and deployment
Requirements
Technologies
- Knowledge in system and infrastructure monitoring with Checkmk
- Knowledge in system backup with Veeam
- Experience in initialization, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based operating systems (RHEL) and Windows Server
- Experience in API development (REST API, Swagger)
- Project experience in the cloud environment with the use of Linux (RHEL), Docker/Podman, Puppet or Kubernetes is desirable
- Project experience in teamwork in the context of agile (software) development
