About the mission

Within the IT department of a group committed to a full cloud and SaaS strategy, you will be responsible for the build and run of the Finance and Procurement application portfolio: accounting, management control, treasury, consolidation, taxation, and procurement.

You will be involved within the framework of an already established roadmap, with a clear objective: to ensure the continuity of current business and to secure ongoing projects.

Language Skills

You have 8 years or more of experience in Finance information systems, including responsibility for an application portfolio or IT projects. You have experience in "régie" missions (consultant or project manager), with the ability to become operational quickly in a new environment.

Pragmatic and involved in operations, you communicate easily with business stakeholders, up to the CFO level. Your ability to quickly grasp subjects and ensure the continuity of current business.

IT-NewVision is an IT consulting company specializing in information system integration for the water and energy sectors. Our expertise covers the entire business cycle: customer relations, debt collection, pricing, billing, and data exploitation.

• Manage the run of Finance and Procurement applications (Workday Finance & Procurement, Kyriba, OneStream, Avalara, treasury forecasting tools, and lease management tools) and associated Azure interfaces/middleware: incidents, requests, access management, payment runs, coordination with business departments.
• Ensure the security of platforms: access and profile management, segregation of duties, application of the principle of least privilege.
• Ensure the reliability of Finance data and reporting in conjunction with Data teams.
• Manage projects and their milestones: prioritization, communication with stakeholders, preparation and facilitation of steering committees, follow-up of decisions, change management.
• Lead key initiatives: stabilization of electronic invoicing (Workday / Avalara / Kainos), Kyriba anti-fraud actions and payment security, internal takeover of accounting for several entities, preparation for Workday deployment in a new subsidiary.
• Coordinate external service providers (consultants, offshore support, integrators): monitor activity, deliverables, purchase orders, and invoices, in conjunction with internal project managers.
• Contribute, alongside the CIO, to publisher contract renewals and negotiations, as well as budget monitoring for the scope.

• Fluent French
• Professional English (coordination of offshore teams and international context)
• Solid experience with financial information systems: Workday or equivalent SaaS ERP, treasury, electronic invoicing reform, and procurement processes (P2P).
• Monitoring of publishers and contribution to contract negotiation preparation.
• Coordination of service providers and integrators, including offshore support teams.
