Seeking a senior fiscal advisor to handle complex tax issues within a municipal organization, coach junior fiscalists, and focus on BCF and VAT.

As a senior fiscalist, you will support and handle complex tax issues within a municipal organization.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding and coaching two fiscalists towards senior level
- Handling complex tax issues and case law
- Transferring knowledge and experience in the field of municipal taxation, with an emphasis on BCF and VAT
- Reviewing VAT issues and identifying tax risks
- Translating relevant tax laws and regulations to municipal practice
- Providing substantive input to tax advice and positions
- Identifying tax developments and contributing to knowledge sharing and professionalization
- University education in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior fiscalist at or for a municipality
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the past 10 years as a senior fiscalist in the field of BCF and VAT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching professional colleagues
