Senior ForgeRock Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and configuration of ForgeRock-based IAM and CIAM solutions
• Implementation and maintenance of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes
• Development and customization of ForgeRock Journeys, scripts, workflows, and integrations
• Integration of ForgeRock with enterprise applications, APIs, directory services, and security services
• Support with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and resolution of production incidents
• Contribution to technical documentation, testing, and continuous improvement
• Close collaboration with architects, security specialists, operations teams, and business departments
• Participation in an agile delivery model and DevOps-oriented working methods

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience with ForgeRock, ideally with the ForgeRock Identity Platform
• Profound experience in IAM, CIAM, authentication, and authorization
• Solid Java development skills
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and web technologies
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and directory services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Ability to work independently in a distributed international team
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Background of the task:

3 experienced Senior ForgeRock Developers (m/f/d) are sought to support a German telecommunications company / mobile network operator (MNO). The client is strategically expanding its access and identity management capabilities and requires support in the development, configuration, and operation of its IAM and CIAM landscape based on ForgeRock.

The goal of the role is to support the technical further development, integration, and stabilization of the ForgeRock-based IAM/CIAM platform in an agile and DevOps-oriented environment.
