Seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build interfaces, business services, and integration components for a new operations management platform hosted on Azure. The role involves developing portals, document management, and a knowledge base, interacting with AI agents.
Project overview
Context: Our client is the future GPPO operations management platform: files, documents, invoices, audits, negotiations, and payment preparation. Hosted on Azure, it interacts with AI agents running on an agent platform.
Mission: Develop the interfaces, business services, and integration components of VITAL, as well as its document management and knowledge management functionalities.
Responsibilities
Skills sought:
Desired Stack: Java/Spring Boot, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL, subject to confirmation.
Awareness of health data protection, traceability, and accessibility.
Profile:
- Develop portals for GPPO teams, subsidiaries, and service providers.
- Build business services: files, invoices, tasks, business rules, and validations.
- Implement document management with Azure Blob Storage: upload, consultation, metadata, versioning, and access control.
- Develop a knowledge base linked to a graph database: modeling, population, maintenance, and querying.
- Design, develop, and maintain our client's MCP server, exposing business, documentary, and knowledge consultation capabilities to AI agents.
- Implement our client's event bus on Azure Service Bus: event publishing, duplicate handling, error recovery, and monitoring.
- Develop integrations with partner systems and authorizations by role, country, and service provider.
- Produce automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and observability.
- Proven experience in full-stack development of business applications.
- Mastery of Azure, particularly Blob Storage, Service Bus, secret management, and monitoring.
- Experience with relational and graph databases.
- Good command of REST APIs, the MCP protocol, and event-driven architectures.
- Practice with OAuth2/OIDC, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Autonomous and rigorous senior developer, capable of taking a feature end-to-end and collaborating with business, architecture, and AI teams. Professional English desired. Experience in insurance or health is a plus.
