Senior Full Stack Developer (Python / React / Angular / SOGo & Mail Platforms | 100% Remote)

Project overview

For a long-term project within a central groupware and mail platform environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) with a flair for UI, who will play a key role in both the further development of existing solutions and an upcoming technology migration.

The focus is on the further development and technical support of a large SOGo-based platform. In addition, you will accompany the migration from SOGo 5 to SOGo 6 and the modernization of the technology stack. We are looking for an experienced hands-on developer who can quickly familiarize themselves with existing systems, take on technical responsibility, and create added value from day one.

Responsibilities

• Further development and technical support of a large groupware and mail platform based on SOGo
• Participation in the migration from SOGo 5 to SOGo 6
• Development and optimization of modern frontends with Angular and React
• Integration and connection of REST interfaces
• Analysis and modernization of existing applications and components
• Technical consulting on architecture and technology decisions
• Knowledge transfer and support of the development team

• Several years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer
• Very good knowledge of Python

• Experience with SOGo
• Knowledge in the area of mail platforms and mail infrastructures
• Experience with Postfix, Dovecot, SMTP, IMAP, and mail routing and delivery
• Experience with LDAP, Identity Management, or user administration
• Experience in migration and transformation projects

• Experience with open-source-based communication solutions
