Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer/Tech Lead to analyze, develop, architect, and deliver complex digital applications, leading and coaching a development team. The role involves coding, testing, debugging, and acting as a technical point of contact while applying an Agile methodology.

- Designing and realizing scalable web applications, API platforms, and data-driven integrations
- Leading and coaching a development team
- Performing programming tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging
- Acting as a technical point of contact for development teams and stakeholders
- Substantiating technical choices to stakeholders
- Applying an Agile working method with a leading role
- Demonstrable experience in the development of software applications
- Experience with leading and coaching a development team
- Skilled in coding, testing, and debugging
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile development methodologies, including a leading role
- Mastery of the Dutch language at CEFR level C2
