Senior Full-Stack Feature Delivery – AI-Agentic Pricing Platform

Project overview

Development and evolution of a pricing platform covering country list prices, rebates, margins, and complex validation workflows.

The core challenge is ensuring precise financial calculations over time, temporal date boundaries, and strict auditability under a separation of duties (compliance).

The strategic goal is to establish an "agent-first" delivery model, where AI coding agents execute tasks under human guidance to drastically reduce lead times while keeping quality stable.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer having the skills:

· Strong production experience with React 18/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot

· Solid database and SQL knowledge, especially with PostgreSQL (query design and index optimization)

· Demonstrated ability to work "agent-first" daily: turning business requirements into bounded tasks for AI agents, and supplying context

· Rigor in performing skeptical code reviews on AI-generated code to spot over-engineering or security gaps

· Hands-on experience in writing meaningful unit, integration, or end-to-end tests

· Ability to reason through calculation edge cases, date boundaries, permissions, and audit trails

· Prior experience with MUI (MUI X DataGrid), Spring Modulith, Flyway, Testcontainers, or Playwright/Gherkin

· Experience with SAP data integration or Solace event messaging

· Background in pricing, commerce, or financial calculation domains

Responsibilities

· Delivering robust product slices from business requirements through rollout and support across the entire tech stack, leveraging AI agents to maximize development speed safely.

· Developing and optimizing typed UIs, accessible frontend grids, and backend Java APIs

· Maintaining business rules, validity periods, and secure price-calculation logic in the kernel

· Decomposing business requirements into small, bounded slices easy for AI agents to process

· Configuring and maintaining local AI agent instructions, context files, and repository glossaries

· Performing rigorous, critical code reviews of agent outputs to spot security flaws, logical gaps, or mock-only tests

· Fixing pipeline or operational issues and ensuring all automated quality gates remain green
