Senior Fullstack Developer - Camunda 8

Responsibilities

For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced individual to build a new platform for digital customer onboarding and digital product applications. In a newly formed DevOps team, you will contribute your expertise in Camunda 8 and actively shape the development and operation of modern services.

• New and further development as well as operation of services in the DevOps team.
• Introduction and establishment of Camunda 8, including design and implementation of processes.
• Support and professional development of the existing team in handling Camunda 8.
• Development of backend and frontend components with Java/Kotlin and Angular.
• Active shaping of services and architecture, as well as checking solutions for compliance with internal and external security standards.
• Continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Advising business departments on technical feasibility, solution options, and implications.
• Close collaboration with Product Owner, Business Engineers, and Architecture.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of software development experience at a senior level, ideally in the banking environment.
• Proven project experience within the last three years in Client Onboarding, digital product applications, or Client Lifecycle Management.
• Very good knowledge and demonstrable practical experience with Camunda 8, especially in the design and implementation of processes.
• Very good knowledge of Java and Angular, as well as experience with Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Maven, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of working with Git, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, as well as a strong DevOps mindset.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
