About the role and project
We are building a next-generation passwordless authentication platform, leveraging advanced biometrics to secure digital identities and millions of global transactions. In this role, you won’t just be pushing tickets - you’ll have deep ownership and a real voice in shaping our critical architecture across the full stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React).
We engineer high-end systems capable of real-time analysis at scale, tackle complex security challenges in the AI era, utilize modern AI tools to eliminate boilerplate, and value pragmatic engineering where every senior is a genuine product co-creator.
Please note that we follow a hybrid model with a requirement for regular in-office syncs to foster team collaboration.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
What you will find at Framna
- at least 6-8 years of commercial programming experience as a fullstack engineer or similar role
- solid understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript
- deep working experience with Node.js (NestJS) and React (Next.js)
- solid knowledge of databases (both SQL and NoSQL solutions)
- strong understanding of HTTP protocol, REST APIs, and web communication patterns
- proficiency with HTML and CSS for creating responsive and accessible user interfaces
- knowledge of testing strategies and experience with frontend and backend testing frameworks
- very good level of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
- Real ownership and influence on the products you build
