The assignment focuses on professionalizing functional management within the social domain of the OWO collaboration (Ooststellingwerf, Weststellingwerf, Opsterland).
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Professionalizing operational and tactical functional management
- Guiding and coaching functional administrators in their daily work
- Tackling complex issues on a functional and process level
- Developing and implementing process and chain-oriented working methods
- Optimizing supplier management, change management, and quality monitoring
- Promoting alignment between functional management, information provision, and the business
- Assisting the team leader in quality improvement, prioritization, and team development
- Establishing, realizing, and ensuring concrete improvement goals
- Ensuring continuity during the further implementation of applications within the social domain
- At least 5 years of experience in functional management, with at least 2 years at a senior level
- Experience in guiding teams or employees in professionalization or the implementation of new working methods
- HBO (higher professional education) level in work and thinking, demonstrated by education or relevant work experience
- Availability of 24 to 32 hours per week, fully deployable by January 1, 2027, at the latest
