Requirements
- At least 15 years of professional experience in the German financial market
- Sound knowledge of post-trade processes, clearing, settlement, and securities processing
- Experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, and Stakeholder Management
- Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions
- Experience with SAP, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable platforms is an advantage
- Experience collaborating with business and IT teams
- Native-level German and very good English skills
