Job description
Seeking two experienced Senior Genesys Cloud Consultants for a project in the healthcare sector, initially focusing on the conception phase with potential for extension into implementation.
Project overview
For a demanding project in the healthcare sector, we are looking for two experienced Senior Genesys Cloud Consultants. The focus will initially be on the conception phase; further commissioning for the implementation phase is intended.
- Requirements Analysis & Conception: Gathering and analyzing requirements from service, business, and IT departments and translating them into viable Genesys Cloud concepts.
- Configuration: Setting up and fine-tuning contact center processes, routing, queues, skills, IVR, digital channels, and workflows.
- System Integration: Connecting Genesys Cloud to existing system landscapes (e.g., CRM, patient service, identity, or workforce management systems).
- Documentation & Quality Assurance: Technical documentation of interfaces and concepts, as well as supporting configurations, tests, and acceptances.
- Rollout & Support: Assistance with migration, rollout, and handover to ongoing operations and support.
- Stakeholder Management: Conducting workshops, transparent documentation of decisions, and regular reporting to project management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Genesys Cloud: Demonstrable practical experience with Genesys Cloud, ideally in implementation or integration projects.
Contact Center Know-how: Sound knowledge of contact center processes and their technical mapping.
Interfaces & APIs: Hands-on experience with APIs and web services (especially REST and JSON) as well as authentication methods and interface integration.
Communication & Work Style: Structured, target-group-oriented communication with business departments and technical teams, as well as an independent and goal-oriented work style.
Language Skills: Very good German skills (project language) as well as good English skills for technical documentation and coordination.
