• Several years of experience in project management, ideally with a project management certification such as PMI, GPM, Prince2...
• Experience in comparable projects, preferably in migration for Genesys Cloud
• Customer service know-how
• Ideally, industry expertise in the telecommunications and energy sectors
• Very good communication and moderation skills
• Very good German language skills

Over 9,000 employees generate revenue of approx. €6 billion. As a Project Manager Genesys, you will be responsible for the introduction of the Genesys Cloud solution. Essentially, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the external service provider as well as ensuring the transfer of knowledge from the service provider to the employees.
