Project overview
As Senior HR Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of a major HR restructuring at Renewi.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Translate strategic restructuring plans into a concrete HR approach and manage project realization.
- Monitor the progress of actions, consultation structures, and decision-making to ensure continuous insight into the status.
- Connect stakeholders across different workstreams and ensure coherence in the change process.
- Support the HR Directorate with board presentations and financial controls on FTE and budget overviews.
- Ensure a careful and transparent people approach with attention to employee impact.
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Senior HR Project or Program Manager within complex, international corporate organizations.
- Minimum of two successfully implemented organizational transformations or restructuring projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrable knowledge of both Dutch and Belgian labor law and socio-legal frameworks.
- Willingness to travel flexibly weekly to Renewi locations in Amersfoort, Eindhoven, and Antwerp.
- Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level.
