Senior IAM Engineer Position to be filled at our client in the transportation industry in Bern.

Responsibilities

Your knowledge:

• Ensure operation and further development of the IAM and IAG platform in the production environment
• Process incidents and support requests and implement sustainable error corrections
• Conceptualize and implement automations, process improvements, and technical integrations with interfaces, connectors, and API connections
• Evaluate future IAM/IAG components and architecturally embed them into the existing landscape
• Coordinate collaboration with Product Owners, Architecture, and suppliers, and provide technical support to less experienced team members
• Record, prioritize, and accompany requirements from IT and Business from design to productive rollout
• Several years of practical experience in a comparable role in a complex IAM environment
• Sound knowledge of authorization management, role models, identity governance, and IAM security principles
• Experience in operating and further developing business-critical platforms, as well as in structured incident and support management
• Knowledge of integrating Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, and SAP, as well as practical experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and SQL are advantageous
• Language skills: German
• Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
• High communication skills and confident demeanor in exchanges with IT and Business
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
