Right People Group is looking for a Senior IAM Specialist with solid experience in Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, and IT security for a consulting assignment with a large organization in Linköping.

The assignment includes both operational and strategic work with identity and access management in a complex and business-critical IT environment.

• Remote Work: Hybrid, at least 3 days per week on-site

• Be responsible for the operation, administration, and further development of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Manage, maintain, and develop PKI solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement security improvements within Active Directory and PKI.
• Automate administration and processes using PowerShell.
• Document technical configurations, routines, and changes.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide technical specialist support within identity and access management.
• At least 5 years of documented experience with Microsoft Active Directory in large or complex IT environments.
• Solid experience with:
• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
• Domain controllers and Group Policy
• DNS related to Active Directory
• Kerberos and LDAP/LDAPS
• Permissions management, delegation, and administrative accounts
• Documented experience with PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
• Experience with IT security within AD and PKI, including hardening, privileged administration, and segmentation/tiering.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Experience with advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with technical documentation as well as incident, problem, and change management.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
