Seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer for a client in Stuttgart to automate and standardize Linux and open-source platforms using Ansible, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
Project overview
For our client in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer
Responsibilities
- Automation and standardization of Linux and open-source platforms
- Development and maintenance of Ansible playbooks and roles
- Automation of provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operation
- Development of scripts with Bash, Python, and YAML
- Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Automation of patch and lifecycle processes
- Support of container and platform environments
- Technical conception and documentation

- Several years of experience in infrastructure automation
- Profound knowledge of Ansible and Infrastructure as Code
- Good knowledge of Bash, Python, and YAML
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift
- Experience in the Linux and open-source environment
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness for occasional on-site assignments in the Stuttgart area
