LeistungsbeschreibungDescriptionHTM Infra is facing a substantial replacement task within the infrastructure. In the coming years, a large number of replacement works will be executed as projects from the business office. To keep this growing workload manageable, we are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Work Planner.The activities mainly relate to the rail discipline.
The work planner is responsible for the preparation, coordination and guidance of replacement projects so that activities are executable and ready for realization.ResponsibilitiesPreparing and coordinating replacement maintenance projects within the infrastructure.Collecting technical and substantive information from internal specialists.Translating specialist input into a Programme of Requirements (PvE) and other project documentation.Preparing, elaborating and monitoring project preparation.Coordinating with stakeholders within the business office, execution teams and external parties.Identifying risks, dependencies and bottlenecks within projects.Ensuring a structured transfer to the execution phase.AnforderungenRequirementsDemonstrable experience (>7 years) as a work planner within infrastructure projects.Thorough knowledge of UAV and RAW is a hard requirement.Experience with project-based working and the preparation of maintenance and replacement projects.Able to obtain substantive information from subject matter specialists and translate this into clear requirements and specifications.Strong organizational and communication skills.Knowledge of rail or other infrastructure assets is an advantage.Experience with Maximo is an advantage.Über den AuftraggeberStart Date: 01-10-2026End Date: 31-01-2027Hours Per Week: 32.00Location: Den Haag (NL)Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
