To oferujemy:
- Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers and testers.
- Together with the Product Owner, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.
- Be the bridge between business and IT development team.
- Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.
- Self-driven team player
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy interactions with other people
- Good business or technical background with great analytical skills, have good requirement elicitation skills
- Familiar with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban),
- Structured and with analytical mindset – able to handle complexity
- Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
- Good understanding of data flow integration
- Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behaviour – experience with SQL
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- 3 days per week from office
