As a Senior IT Business Analyst – Banking Sector, you will be working for our client, a leader in the banking industry. In this role, you will analyze client needs, gather functional requirements, and facilitate the integration and modeling of IT systems to enhance banking services. This project plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency and delivering innovative financial solutions.

• Analyze client needs and gather detailed functional requirements to support project objectives
• Collaborate on integration challenges using SOA, Web Services, and REST APIs
• Utilize testing tools like SOAP UI or Postman to verify system integrations and functionalities
• Model IT systems employing UML and BPMN to ensure clear communication and efficient development
• Work closely with development teams to ensure precise implementation of requirements
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including reports and technical specifications
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform risk analysis for proposed solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide training, guidance, and support to stakeholders and end-users
• A higher education degree in a relevant field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project analysis, preferably within the financial sector
• Strong analytical skills to assess and translate client needs into technical solutions
• Proven expertise in integration issues (SOA, Web Services, REST) and tools like SOAP UI or Postman
• Ability to model IT systems using UML and BPMN
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect or other CASE tools
• Knowledge of distributed IT system architecture
• Ability to interpret and define services according to OpenAPI standards
