- Technical quality assurance of processes, functional concepts, and documentation
- Methodological support of the experts deployed
- Consulting on complex process and organizational issues
- Consulting on the development of target states and solution approaches
- Demonstrable experience in the technical quality assurance of work results as well as methodological support and guidance of subject matter experts.
- Demonstrable involvement in at least two projects within the last five years for the creation, further development, or implementation of processes and organizational structures in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
- Professional experience in process management, process development, or process implementation in the IT, OT, telecommunications, or KRITIS-related infrastructure environment.
- Demonstrable experience in the technical implementation and deployment of processes in ServiceNow, including the development of functional requirements and support for tool mapping.
