1.1 Project/Process Context

CRM transformation in customer service: new BPM-based solution with integration, training, and operational handover, as well as optimized end-to-end processes. External partner provides web application, data, and AWS. Transparently evaluate and develop provider delivery according to contract.

1.2 Project Structure

Functionally specific communication for independent service provision; no disciplinary instructions.

3.1. Scope

Independently and self-organized: analyze delivery/service status, quality, deadlines, risks, and dependencies. Maintain action/risk/decision summaries and management templates. Evaluate provider organization, capacities/competencies, handovers, and collaboration; optimize process deviations. Investigate contract fulfillment, quality issues/disruptions, and development/deployment/operations interfaces; track causes and improvements. Prepare escalations, claims, and contract issues with options.

Review PI/sprint/release contributions, deliverables, blockages, and deployment prerequisites; coordinate with PO, Scrum Master, and release coordination.

• S1: Experience and sound understanding of service provider/contract management (SaaS/work/service contracts, SLAs, change requests, addendums) — Senior (> 5 years of experience) | 40%
