Our client in the Health and Pharma sector is looking for a Senior IT PMO – M&A Programme M/F

Mission Description:

Context

An IT department is managing several carve-in and carve-out operations as part of a merger and acquisition program. They are looking for a Senior PMO to strengthen program management.

Mission

The Senior PMO ensures the governance, monitoring, and reporting of the program and its projects. They provide organizational and logistical support, manage budget tracking, and may directly manage certain initiatives or temporarily replace the Program Director.

Main Responsibilities

o Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of all program and project meetings and ensure the delivery and consolidation of reports

o Provide organizational and logistical support

o Ensure budget monitoring by consolidating information, continuously updating it, and escalating appropriate alerts in case of risks, overruns, or inconsistencies.

o Specifically monitor budget aspects related to suppliers within the projects/program in collaboration with Project Managers and the IT Program Director.

o Manage budget contingencies.

o Ensure IT reporting for the Program in partnership with the IT Program Director, adhering to IT reporting rituals and producing regular reports using IT formats and tools in coordination with IT transverse teams.

o Be capable of directly managing initiatives and acting as backup for the Program Director

PMO and program governance positioning, Experience in carve-in or carve-out operations, Budget tracking and analysis, Risk tracking and analysis, Project planning, Fluent English

• Experience with a CARVE-IN or CARVE-OUT operation
• Industry experience
• Operational project management experience would be appreciated, but profiles primarily as Project Manager or Program Director are not suitable for this mission, which requires clear PMO skills.
• Proven skills in writing, presentation, project/program organization & governance, synthesis, budget tracking and analysis, risk tracking and analysis, and planning of simple and complex projects.
• Knowledge of management tools such as Planisware, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Excel...
• Fluent English
