Seeking a Senior IT Program Lead for a digital platform initiative. The role involves establishing IT program governance, translating business priorities into a technology roadmap, and coordinating cross-platform activities.
Project overview
Senior IT Program Lead Digital Platform | Freelance | Start: asap | Hybrid | Northern Germany | 4-5 days / week | Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities
- Establishment of IT program governance, decision-making paths, escalation mechanisms, and reporting lines
- Translation of business priorities (project-related coordination with the Business Program Director) into an integrated technology roadmap
- Cross-platform coordination of architecture and solution design activities (SAP, Salesforce, AI, Data, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure)
- Project-related management of risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and budget implications
- Management of partner performance and vendor management
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an IT Program Manager in strategic initiatives & transformations
- Sound experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Salesforce Health Cloud/Service Cloud
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration platforms, API management, and middleware
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence in an enterprise context
- Leadership skills with strong technological understanding and economic judgment
- Outstanding communication skills at top-level management level
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
