Job description
Lead the H-drive cleanup project within the Information Management program for the Public Prosecution Service.
Project overview
As a senior IT project manager, you will lead the H-drive cleanup project within the Information Management program of the Public Prosecution Service.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Lead the project and monitor progress and overview
- Translate strategic objectives into concrete operational execution
- Realize the necessary IT facilities for cleaning up the H-drive
- Categorize, classify, and archive case-related and privacy-sensitive information
- Ensure compliance with the Archives Act and the Government Information (Public Access) Act (Woo)
- Inform and coordinate with stakeholders within the various Public Prosecution Service components
- Set up dashboards for reporting
- HBO/WO work and thinking level, demonstrable through education and/or experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing IT projects and/or programs
- Demonstrable experience with workplace migration trajectories focused on cleaning up and reorganizing/migrating network drives
- Experience in building dashboards
- Experience with Information Management, for example from the Open on Order program, and with the Archives Act and selection list
- Experience with developing and implementing a machine learning tool
- Available from December 1, 2026
