Senior IT support

We are supporting a leading asset management and financial services organisation as they embark on a major IT transformation programme. The organisation is transitioning away from its current external IT infrastructure provider and bringing its entire IT environment in-house. This includes infrastructure, hosting, IT management, and associated technology services.

To support this strategic migration project, we are seeking experienced IT Migration Consultants with a strong background in enterprise IT transformations, infrastructure migrations, and application transitions.

• Gather and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams
• Analyse existing applications, systems, and interfaces to support migration planning
• Assist with the design, setup, and implementation of new applications and infrastructure
• Support migration activities across software, data, and infrastructure environments
• Coordinate and execute testing activities, including UAT and quality assurance processes
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues throughout the migration lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure a successful transition
• Provide recommendations on best practices and improvements during the migration programme
• Fluency in German is strongly preferred
• Proven experience delivering software, data, and IT infrastructure migration projects
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, and enterprise environments
• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation and transition programmes
• Knowledge of infrastructure setup, hosting environments, and IT service management
• Experience delivering enterprise technology rollouts, including solutions such as Microsoft 365
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within financial services, asset management, or regulated environments would be advantageous
• Experience working on internalisation or outsourcing transition projects
• Understanding of application integrations, interfaces, and data flows
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern workplace technologies
• Project delivery experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
