Senior ITSM Specialist

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior ITSM Specialist for a client to temporarily support IT Service Management, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes, as well as leading CAB/ECAB meetings and conducting reviews
• Support with DORA-relevant ICT incidents and regulatory reporting, as well as coordination of Service Design and Transition
• Creation of KPI and SLA reports, conducting Service Reviews, and supporting Continual Service Improvement
• Maintenance of ITSM documentation, Service Catalog, and Configuration Management data, as well as advising internal IT teams

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management and ITIL 4 certification at Practitioner level or higher
• Very good knowledge of Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence, as well as experience in Change and Release Management
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, structured way of working; knowledge of DORA and experience in the regulated financial services or insurance sector are advantageous
• Start: 01.02.2027
• Duration: 6 months
• Utilization: 100% full-time, 5 days a week
