Seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer for the further development of highly secure, critical data processing systems in distributed on-premise environments. The role involves design, orchestration, and integration within CI/CD pipelines.

- Further development of highly secure applications (not classic CRUD/REST)
- Design and orchestration of complex data flows using Apache Camel
- Configuration and operation of Kafka structures (topic design, consumer groups)
- Implementation of retry strategies and handling of eventual consistency
- Ensuring scalability, statelessness, and latency optimization
- Taking on high responsibility for system stability and high availability
- Integration of applications into CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (Helm, ArgoCD)
- Application of engineering practices such as Clean Code and TDD
- Several years of experience in the development of critical, distributed systems
- Expert knowledge in Java (7+ years of experience) and Spring Boot
- Solid practice with Apache Kafka and Kubernetes (ideally self-hosted)
- Experience with data processing systems and event-driven architectures
- Solid knowledge in Apache Camel (Integration Patterns & Routing)
- Confident handling of MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, or etcd
- Deep understanding of operational aspects in distributed architectures
- Experience in the environment of highly secure applications and restrictive infrastructures
