Senior Java Developer 100% - Spring Boot | Angular | Investments & Pensions

For a client in the banking industry in Zug, we are looking for three experienced individuals to further develop services in the area of investments and pensions.

The focus is on backend development with Java and Spring Boot, complemented by Angular on the frontend and Azure as the cloud platform. You will work in an agile DevOps team within an Agile Release Train according to SAFe and Scrum.

Role: Senior Java Developer

• Independent implementation of business requirements with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Further development of existing services with a focus on backend
• Clarification of requirements and technical dependencies with the business unit, clients, and application managers
• Taking over operational tasks in the spirit of the DevOps approach
• Active participation in the agile team and attendance at Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
• Sound education in computer science
• At least five years of experience in software development with Java
• Very good knowledge of Java and associated development tools
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA
• Knowledge of Angular and TypeScript, as well as a good understanding of frontend development
• Experience with agile development methods and willingness to take on operational tasks
• Interest in topics related to investments and pensions
• Analytical, structured way of working and enjoyment of collaboration in an environment with many technical and organizational dependencies
• Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
• German C2 and English B2
