Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Analyze and modernize existing application architectures.
- Develop scalable applications using modern Java frameworks.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and implementation teams.
- Contribute to regulatory and business improvement initiatives.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and Kafka.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of Microservices; Agentic AI is an added advantage.
- Experience with Agile, TDD, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
