Context:

As a Senior Java / Spring Developer (m/f), you will be working with a major player in the banking sector on strategic projects with a strong technical dimension.

You will join a dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and evolution of robust, high-performance, and scalable applications in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Profile sought

You have at least 10 years of experience in Java development and possess solid technical expertise allowing you to work autonomously on complex subjects.

You have mastered, in particular:

Experience in a banking or financial environment would be a real asset.

You will work in a demanding banking environment, on stimulating technical issues, with real challenges in performance, software quality, and architectural evolution.

• Be proactive in proposing choices for software and technical architecture
• Design and develop new features
• Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of the code
• Implement and maintain automated tests
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with commitments and delivery deadlines
• Oversee acceptance testing phases in collaboration with Business Analysts (BA)
• Participate in reducing technical debt and apply the "Boy Scout Rule" approach
• Handle production incident support on a rotation basis within the team
• Occasionally act as Release Manager
• Java 21 minimum
• Advanced algorithms, with a strong focus on performance optimization and good development practices
• The Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, Spring Data JPA / JPA
• Software design principles, code quality, and application architecture
• Testing strategies and good development practices
• Reactive programming
• DevOps: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible, SonarQube
• Front-end: Angular
• Messaging: Kafka
• Databases: ClickHouse, Oracle
• Security: certificate management and SSL/TLS protocols
• Artificial intelligence: implementation of MCP, AI agents, and integration of AI solutions
• Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
