Context

Our client, a recognized player in its sector, is strengthening its technical teams. They are recruiting 2 Senior / Lead Developers who will work with great autonomy on Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.

The client is primarily looking for software engineers, not just developers who fulfill functional requests. You will be able to design, challenge, diagnose, and evolve complex cloud platforms.

Your missions

Profile sought

• Design and develop robust APIs and backend services in C# / .NET.
• Analyze complex problems, find the root cause of incidents, and propose sustainable solutions.
• Choose the Azure services best suited to functional, technical, and operational needs.
• Design cloud-native, distributed, resilient, secure, and observable architectures.
• Ensure the quality of your deliverables: testing, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural choices and the continuous improvement of team practices.

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer in Azure environments.
• High autonomy, investigative spirit, and a taste for problem-solving.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
• You know how to constructively challenge technical choices.
• You have a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented culture.
• You communicate well and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in French.
• Excellent command of C# / .NET
• Solid experience in APIs and backend services
• SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, DDD, service-oriented architectures
• Good practices for software quality, performance, and scalability
• Advanced mastery of the Azure ecosystem: App Services, Azure Functions, Container Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Application Insights, Azure Monitor
• Good understanding of governance, security, networking, observability, and cost optimization (FinOps)
• Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, API security
• Managed Identity, RBAC, cloud security best practices
• Event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems
• Resilience, high availability, incident recovery
• Communication between services and data management in distributed systems
• Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent)
• DevSecOps culture, monitoring, logging, and observability
