Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis together with the Blue Team and adjacent teams
• Creation of IT technical, operational, process, and authorization concepts
• Execution of tests and acceptances
• Knowledge transfer to internal resources during the initiation and execution of the project
• Implementation of security and infrastructure measures
• Management of IT implementation in the project and in several sub-projects in cooperation with external IT service providers
• Coordination of alignment meetings and progress tracking
• Project communication and associated stakeholder management
• Provision and documentation of results in the specified tools

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Over 15 years of professional experience in IT, including at least 10 years in managing complex infrastructure projects
• At least 10 years of experience in operational IT day-to-day business in the Microsoft environment
• ITIL certification and over 10 years of practical experience in ITIL-oriented operations management
• Very good knowledge of central IT infrastructures in the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Client and Server Operating Systems, Privileged Access Management
• Sound experience in the conception, implementation, rollout, and migration of standard IT infrastructure technologies and their associated services
• In-depth knowledge in the setup and operation of highly available Microsoft services, especially Active Directory, Server/Client OS, Privileged Access Management
