Project overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) to optimize and further develop our production processes. In this responsible position, you will work on-site and actively contribute to increasing productivity, quality, and process stability.
Your tasks include analyzing production and quality KPIs to identify optimization potential, conducting root cause analyses for quality deviations and equipment downtimes, and developing and implementing sustainable improvement measures. You will optimize manufacturing processes and production standards in a series production environment, plan and manage improvement and investment projects, and coordinate production trials and process validations. Furthermore, you will create work instructions and technical documentation and work closely with the production, quality, maintenance, and development departments.
You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering and have several years of professional experience as a Production Engineer or in a comparable role. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), and structured problem-solving methods (8D, PDCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa) is required. You have experience in project management, can coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and communicate confidently in German and English. A valid work permit for Austria is necessary.
