Seeking a Senior Mendix Developer for Rabobank's Tribe IAM to work on identity and access management services, focusing on front-end development, non-functional aspects, and team coaching.
Project overview
As a Senior Mendix Developer within Rabobank's Tribe IAM, you will work on identity and access management services.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Realizing requirements for the Mendix front-end of existing and new IAM processes
- Contributing to non-functional aspects such as security and compliance
- Resolving production incidents
- Contributing to the squad's roadmap
- Coaching team members and removing impediments
- Challenging proposed requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions
- Collaborating with the Product Owner and the team on continuous improvement
- Mendix Certified L2 Advanced or L3 Expert developer
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mendix development
- Experience with creating solution designs and modeling and documenting solutions
- Experience in setting up API integrations
- Experience in guiding junior and medior developers
- Experience with setting up and monitoring high coding standards, software LCM, and vulnerability management
- Experience working according to the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages
