Seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant/Solution Architect for an international rollout project across 20 countries, focusing on analyzing, designing, and implementing Field Service solutions.
Project overview

Responsibilities
o Analysis and alignment of service processes and requirements with international business departments
o Conception and design of solutions in Dynamics 365 Field Service
o Consulting on work orders, resource planning, scheduling, and mobile service processes
o Conducting workshops and coordination with business departments, IT, and development teams
o Depending on focus: functional implementation and configuration or responsibility for solution architecture and integrations
o Accompanying country rollouts and ensuring a scalable, cross-country standard
What you bring:
o Several years of profound senior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Field Service
o Experience with complex enterprise projects and international rollouts
o Deep understanding of field service processes and their mapping in Dynamics 365
o Ability to evaluate requirements in a structured manner and to show clear solution paths
o Confident communication with international stakeholders from business and IT
o Fluent English is mandatory. Fluent English is a must!
o Experience in the home appliance industry or technical customer service is an advantage
