Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Trainer / Enablement Consultant

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations consultant with a strong focus on training, user adoption, and knowledge building.

The company has recently implemented D365 F&O and wants to specifically support the business departments in safely applying processes in daily operations. The focus is not on technical developments or customizing, but on the sustainable enablement of users.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and prioritization of training and support needs
• Conducting practical D365 F&O workshops
• On-site support for business departments in daily operations
• Coaching of key users and process owners
• Support with user adoption and change management
• Building and maintaining knowledge documentation
• Conveying best practices for independent problem-solving and testing
• Delineation between standard functionality, process specifications, and customizing

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in ERP training, enablement, or post-go-live stabilization
• Demonstrable workshop and training experience
• Ability to communicate complex processes understandably
• Hands-on mentality and high social competence
• Fluent German, English advantageous

Nice to have

• Experience as a key user coach
• Experience in knowledge management (Confluence, SharePoint or similar)
• Change management experience in the ERP environment
