Project overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer (M/F) for a long-term mission.

Within the IT teams, you will be involved in the development, evolution, and operational maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, the quality of deliverables, and the optimization of delivery processes.

Profile Sought

• Develop customizations and extensions on Dynamics 365 F&O in X++ and .NET.
• Technically analyze functional requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Challenge business requests and be proactive in technical choices.
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations via APIs, web services, and Power Platform.
• Perform unit, technical, and integration tests.
• Implement and maintain automated tests, particularly with ATL (Acceptance Test Library).
• Contribute to the automation of functional tests and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of developments.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to ensure solution consistency.
• Document developments and technical procedures.
• Participate in the optimization of development, test, and production environments.
• Ensure version and delivery tracking via Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP development and delivery processes.
• Mastery of X++ and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O development environment.
• Good knowledge of Visual Studio, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and PPAC (Power Platform Admin Center).
• Mastery of Data Entities, Batch Jobs, Event Handlers, and Extensions.
• Experience with integrations via OData, REST API, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Practice of Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools, ideally ATL.
• Mastery of development best practices: testing, versioning, documentation, and code review.
• Good understanding of financial processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with functional and business teams.
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.

• Technical curiosity, proactivity, and ability to experiment with new approaches.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and actively participate in team rituals.

• Higher education in computer science or software development (Bac+5 or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• A Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification would be appreciated.
• Experience in automated testing, particularly with ATL, would be a plus.
• Technical English required.
