We are looking for experienced freelance Microsoft SQL Server specialists for operational and project support on short notice.

Project Data

Responsibilities

Performance analysis and optimization of complex MS SQL Server environments

Database operations, migrations, and version upgrades

High availability and failover clusters (SQL Server Always On)

Backup/restore procedures and operational stability

Automation of infrastructure processes

Change, Configuration, and Incident Management

CMDB maintenance, reporting, tests, and technical documentation

Mandatory Requirements

Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification

Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting or operational support

Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server and performance optimization

Independent project execution and client communication

Experience with management presentations and workshops

Very good German and English language skills
