For a client in Bonn, we are currently looking for a

(Senior) Middleware Consultant

Responsibilities

• Operation and 2nd-level support of IBM WebSphere Liberty, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, and Apache HTTP Server
• Patch, release, and certificate management
• Troubleshooting and analysis of disruptions
• Automation with Ansible and scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, Jython, wsadmin)
• ITIL processes, Maximo, USU ITSM, and Jira

Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience in middleware operation and support
• Min. 5 years of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
• Experience with WebSphere Liberty, IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, and Apache HTTP Server
• Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management
• Experience with Maximo, USU ITSM, and Jira
• Min. 4 years of script development (Bash, Python, Perl, Jython, wsadmin)
• Min. 3 years of experience with TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and load balancers
• Min. 3 years of experience with IAM/directory services
• Min. 3 years of experience with Citrix VADP environments
• Min. 3 years of experience with Linux (RHEL/SLES), AIX, and Windows Server
• Min. 3 years of experience analyzing Java heap dumps and thread dumps
• German C1, English B1
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and Google Distributed Cloud Airgap is an advantage
• Willingness for security screening Ü2 according to SÜG
