Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Test Automation Engineer with Android and AI experience to join a dynamic team focused on modernizing a portfolio of public transportation products with an AI-first approach. You will play a crucial role in the greenfield development of inspection device software, working in a hybrid setup based in Wroclaw. • Analyzing requirements and identifying test scenarios suitable for manual and automated testing
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
• Building and enhancing reusable test automation frameworks
• Preparing and maintaining test data and configuring test environments
• Executing manual and automated UI, API, regression, and Android application tests
• Analyzing test results, reporting defects, and verifying fixes
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Improving test coverage, reliability, and execution speed, including resolving flaky tests
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile test automation and testing expertise across the whole testing pyramid
• Proven experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing and automating test cycles
• Strong knowledge of Android and its testing frameworks
• Familiarity with various test automation technologies, adapting to an AI-first setup
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and contribute to an AI-native team
• Advanced level of English and Polish
