Note! This request is not intended for freelancers. Assignment description: We are looking for a 3rd line Workplace Specialist who can be deployed broadly within ART DWR. The candidate must at least meet the stated hard requirements to be deployed directly on projects and in the line. The candidate must be able to perform under very high pressure. The candidate must be able to apply existing knowledge and experience directly in practice. It is therefore expected that the candidate can start working independently immediately.

The senior workplace specialist will be deployed for, among other things: Build & Management of the DWR workplace Government environment in large client environments of approx. 35,000 workstations with expertise in Ivanti Workspace Manager and Automation Manager, Citrix, MECM/SCCM, Azure/Entra and Microsoft applications. WORK ENVIRONMENT The busy activities of the current 3rd line workplace specialist for both projects and management make the deployment of a specialist necessary.

In consultation between the 3rd line Workplace Specialist and infrastructure specialist, agreements will be made for the division of tasks and responsibilities. THE DEPARTMENT/ Team The 3rd line Workplace Specialist will be positioned within ART DWR. In addition, the 3rd line Workplace Specialist will also be seconded to one or more projects under the leadership of a project manager. Depending on the tasks for which the workplace specialist is deployed, he/she is accountable to ART DWR. SSC-ICT To continue to serve our ministries well, we want to further develop ourselves.

We do this in interaction with our clients, the ministries. Because we are the ICT service provider of and for the Government, and are proud of our public task and the large-scale projects that matter. The origin of SSC-ICT At the beginning of this millennium, all ministries managed their own ICT workplaces for their civil servants – independently of each other. To create one efficient and uniform line for this service, the various ICT organizations bundled their activities. Over the years, there have been various compositions and names, but since 2014 SSC-ICT has been a fact. Where are we now?

SSC-ICT has grown into an organization of approximately 1,200 employees and contributes to a modern government with secure, flexible, and effective ICT services. We provide these services to the following ministries:

• Interior and Kingdom Relations
• Justice and Security
• Foreign Affairs
• Infrastructure and Water Management
• Social Affairs and Employment
• Public Health, Welfare and Sport
• Finance ICT must always be available and is increasingly crucial for the primary processes of these ministries. Our government colleagues work at various locations and on different devices: via desktop and laptop, but also on tablet and smartphone. Speed and flexibility are becoming increasingly important. Providing ICT for and with the Government is a challenging task. The field of work is diverse and the security requirements are high. Where are we heading? SSC-ICT is growing into one organization with one face. We continue to work on a transparent way of working and optimal service delivery: standard where possible, customized where necessary. The ministries rely on our secure, reliable ICT services that are always available. The goal: to deliver stable ICT services in a rapidly changing digital world. SSC-ICT Business Unit IT Standard Services (BST) The main task of this business unit is to provide services that have no direct link to a unique (primary) process of customers and are therefore suitable for standardization. These services are also suitable for offering uniformly to all or multiple customers. Requirements Minimum HBO work and thinking level In possession of an MECM and/or SCCM Specialist Microsoft certification Wishes Experience with Azure Cloud/Intune Experience with managing and further developing a comparable workplace environment. Experience with Testing such as Ranorex and/or LoadGen or other packages. Experience with Agile working Competencies Perseverance Problem Analysis Pro-Active Team Player Communicates
