Project overview
What will you do?
You will support the transition and replacement of the Workforce Management SharePoint site by contributing to the ongoing development of ComPass, a new Workforce Management and New Joiner application. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain new features, support testing and productionisation, and work closely with the team to deliver a scalable, high-quality product.

- Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Maintain excellent code quality

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solution-based responses to problems
- Support the ongoing development and productionisation of .NET solutions
- Proficient in C# and its ecosystems
- Strong experience with .NET, including .NET 6 onwards
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with MVC and Web API
- Frontend development experience including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks or libraries
- Proficient understanding of Git
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Experience writing reusable C# libraries
- Familiarity with design and software architectural patterns
- Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- Proficient in English
- Openness to work hybrid in our client's office (Kraków) 6 days a month
Nice to have
- Experience with React
- Experience with Angular
- Experience supporting greenfield applications
- Experience with SharePoint-related projects
