Job description

We are looking for a technically oriented Senior .NET Developer (fullstack) to contribute to structural improvements and new functionalities for the PGB2.0 organization. You will be responsible for the full development cycle, including testing and preventing bugs.

Project overview

Job description

Do you want to contribute to the development and professionalization of the PGB2.0 organization? Are you looking for connection between different stakeholders within a dynamic organization? Then this is your chance!

We are looking for a technically oriented Senior .NET Developer (fullstack) who contributes to implementing structural improvements of the system and the development of new functionalities. You make well-considered technical choices, write structured and effective code, and have an eye for quality, performance, and optimization.

You play an active role in the entire development process. You not only develop software but are also responsible for testing your own work (unit and integration tests) and for preventing bugs before production.

You enjoy working in an agile environment where functional requirements are still under development and actively contribute to clarifying requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

In this role, you are responsible for the quality and development of the .NET architecture, developing interfaces, and developing a portal for stakeholders.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who is strong both technically and communicatively and is involved as a team player in the team and the development process.

Job requirements

You have at least HBO work and thinking level.

You have at least 5 years of experience with developing .NET applications.

You have at least 3 years of experience with realizing connections and/or integrations with external systems.

Job wishes

Experience with developing fullstack (front-end and back-end) high-quality (legacy) code within a .Net architecture environment.

Experience with building web applications for B2B and B2C applications.

Experience with C#.NET, MVC, WCF (Core) / RESTful services, SQL and XHTML/JS/CSS and familiarity with enterprise applications based on the Microsoft Technology Stack in an Agile environment.

Experience with Git repositories, Azure DevOps (TFS) pipelines, SQL Server / complex SQL queries, IIS, and JavaScript Frameworks (such as Vue).

Experience with working within an organization with multiple scrum (development) teams with diverse stakeholders.

Background of the assignment

iRealization is part of the information policy directorate and develops custom software and tools on behalf of VWS policy departments that contribute to accelerating digitalization in healthcare. Think of:

Exploring and demonstrating new solutions by carrying out pilots or POCs (proof of concepts);

Developing and realizing new software and digital tools based on privacy and security by design;

Modernizing existing, outdated, information systems.

Providing technical advice on digitalization issues.

iRealization has all the in-house capabilities to design, develop, and manage software - with a privacy- and security-first approach. We build software, web applications, and mobile apps.

PGB2.0

A personal budget (pgb) is a budget that care recipients can apply for to purchase care, support, and guidance or services themselves to live independently. They can choose their own care providers and supervisors. A pgb can be applied for based on various regulations: based on the Long-Term Care Act (Wlz), the Social Support Act (Wmo), the Youth Act, and the Health Insurance Act (Zvw).

To support the implementation in the pgb chain, the PGB2.0 chain system has been developed. PGB2.0 supports the providers and the SVB in performing their legal duties and assists budget holders and care providers with the financial settlement of care tasks.

PGB2.0 includes a care domain and a financial domain that are connected via interfaces. The care domain includes portals for budget holders, SVB care providers, and providers (municipalities and care offices). In addition, the care domain has connections with the financial domain, consisting of the financial and administrative systems of the SVB.

Currently, a multi-year administrative process is underway that will lead to the structural transfer of PGB 2.0 to the SVB.

Requirements

Candidate has at least 5 years of work experience with developing .Net applications.

Candidate has at least 3 years of work experience with realizing connections and/or integrations with external systems.

Additional Information

When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The purpose of the 'WKA' is to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client.

We cover these risks for our clients by means of a blocked account, the G-account.

This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have a SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) or not, and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad.

You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter.

In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.

Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
