Senior .NET Developer with Android and AI (f/m/x)

Project overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with Android experience to join a new product team focused on modernizing a portfolio of public transportation software. This role involves rebuilding existing products from the ground up with an AI-first approach, utilizing advanced methodologies and tools. You will work in a hybrid mode from Wroclaw, collaborating with a team of AI/software engineers to deliver innovative solutions. Nice-to-have requirements

• Orchestrating AI agents across the full software development lifecycle, from code analysis to testing and deployment
• Leveraging Claude and other generative AI tools for code analysis, refactoring, debugging, and development automation
• Modernizing and refactoring C#/.NET applications, including .NET MAUI and Android components
• Reviewing and validating AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, performance, and compliance with coding standards
• Integrating AI-assisted development into engineering workflows, including automated testing, code reviews, version control, and CI/CD
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C# and .NET
• Proficiency in .NET MAUI and Android development
• Deep understanding of AI methodologies and experience orchestrating AI agents across the SDLC
• Experience with code modernization, refactoring, and working with legacy codebases
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week from the office in Wrocław
• Advanced level of English and Polish
• Intermediate level of German
