Assignment Description

You are the point of contact within the organization for networks, you create LLDs and lead the process from design to realization. You are a sounding board for colleagues and are able to methodically solve complex challenges in operations and design.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

Leading Innovation: You coordinate and lead processes such as renewals and migrations. You are the technical point of contact for the team and the client.

Architecture & Design: You translate HLDs delivered by the architecture team into LLDs for the network team.

Expert Level Troubleshooting: You resolve the most complex 3rd-line network and VPN issues where others get stuck.

Knowledge Transfer: You share your expertise within your multidisciplinary team and coach colleagues to a higher level.

Background of Assignment

The High-Security Services Team of DICTU provides services in the area of workplace environments to its clients in a domain where data must be extra well protected. This imposes high security requirements across the entire chain. The total team consists of approximately 35 employees who together perform all facets of service delivery, from architecture to system administration and from Servicedesk to floor management. The High-Security Services Team manages not only the workplaces for its clients but also the infrastructure in the broadest sense of the word.

Continuous further development of the environments is of great importance.

Requirements

Assignment is not suitable for ZZP'ers due to DBA law.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with writing HLDs and LLDs.

Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in networks and security.

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and troubleshooting VPN solutions.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and monitoring complex network environments.

Wishes

Certifications CCNP, CCIE, NSE7

Demonstrable strong affinity with information security.

Demonstrable knowledge of or experience with the following products: Cisco, CheckPoint, Fortinet, and Juniper.

Demonstrable experience with routers / switches / firewalls, crypto software, various.

Additional Information

When you offer a professional to us as a supplier and they are placed, we will need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain and Principal Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid).

The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities. The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities.

If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances. Please note that the costs for this statement are at your own expense.
