Background of the assignment:

The Extraordinary Matters Blue (BZB) program was established to inform citizens registered in the Fraud Signal Provision (FSV) about this registration, the reason for it, and whether and what consequences this registration had for them. The program has already achieved significant results. For example, various motions have been addressed and implemented, and the program is taking the next step towards compensating citizens who have experienced adverse effects from FSV. BZB also handles citizen responses: receiving, channeling, processing, and answering them.

This response includes formal GDPR access requests and notifications. For this purpose, existing GDPR processes have been scaled up, and new processes and information flows have been established. These need to be further optimized and automated using (process) data. For the proper execution of the next phases, BZB is looking for professionals who can lead these next phases to contribute to achieving the goals of the organizational unit.

Requirements

Only Dutch CVs will be submitted, and candidates must speak Dutch perfectly.

Assignment is less suitable for ZZP'ers due to the DBA law.

The offered candidate has a WO (University) work and thinking level. This is demonstrable through a completed WO Master's degree and/or through the requested work experience in knockout criterion 2.

The offered candidate has at least 3 years of work experience managing multiple complex processes/projects.

The offered candidate has experience setting up and developing data flows.

The offered candidate has at least two years of experience leading and guiding developers.

Possesses excellent command of the Dutch language.

The extent to which the candidate has experience with data modeling.

WO education level.

The extent to which the candidate has experience with SQL and BI tools such as SAS VA PowerBI or Tableau.

Minimum 3 years of work experience.

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the Chain Liability Act (Wet keten- en inlenersaansprakelijkheid). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account on which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to provide an accountant's statement (assurance report regarding personnel lending) every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
